Your Zoho Mail user list will serve as the primary user list across all Workplace suite apps. We are working to provide admin control to define different sets of users across all apps. We will post updates when this is available.
Storage size is based on plan chosen and includes Mail and WorkDrive storage.
On the Workplace Standard plan, each user gets 30 GB of email storage and 10 GB of shared WorkDrive storage (100 GB of shared team storage for 3-10 users on WorkDrive with an additional 10 GB for each new user).
On the Workplace Professional plan, each user gets 100 GB of email storage and 100 GB of shared WorkDrive storage (1 TB team shared storage for 3-10 users on WorkDrive with an additional 100 GB for each new user).
Yes, you can mix Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace plans depending on the size of your organization. This option is exclusively available in the annual subscriptions of our paid plans. Email sales@zohocorp.com for custom plans to fit your organization.
